At Elevate People Partners, our approach is grounded in partnership, shaped by empathy, and focused on what actually moves your people—and your business—forward.
People First, Always
We approach every partnership with humanity at the core. We lead with empathy, listen deeply, and tailor solutions that prioritize the people behind the business.
Embedded Partnership
We don’t parachute in with quick fixes. We build long-term, trusted relationships—acting as a strategic extension of your team to co-create lasting, people-powered outcomes.
Progress Over Perfection
We meet you where you are and move forward together. Our work is grounded in action, adaptability, and aligned ambition—because meaningful change is a journey, not a destination.
Business as a Force for Good
We believe business can be a force multiplier for good—within your walls and far beyond. We donate 3% of profits to nonprofit organizations and foster meaningful connections to community impact wherever possible.
At Elevate People Partners, our work is rooted in people — and that extends far beyond the workshop or the boardroom. For every engagement, a portion of our revenue is donated to one of four nonprofit organizations that represent communities who shaped, supported, and inspired our founder’s personal and professional journey. We invite each client to select the organization that resonates most. Together, we’ll contribute to causes that lift others up.
Giving back isn’t an afterthought—it’s built into our business model as a reflection of our values and our belief that impact doesn’t end at the office door.
Giving back to the mountain that raised me.
Growing up in the Catskills, my family ran a small business dependent on tourists visiting Belleayre Mountain. I spent my early years skiing and racing on those slopes, where I learned resilience, discipline, and the confidence that would shape my leadership. Supporting NYSEF's programming at Belleayre Mountain honors that chapter — and pays it forward to young athletes from the local area who are finding their footing in the sport, and in life. I also spend my winter weekends coaching young athletes on those same slopes. There’s something about the cold, the snow, and the lift ride chats with 8-year-olds that really humbles you — and reminds you what growth really looks like.
A community of care, inclusion, and shared purpose.
When I moved to Pittsburgh not too long after the start of the COVID pandemic, Hilltop became an unexpected sanctuary. Founder Ainsley welcomed me into a space where occupational therapy, adaptive riding, horses, and hearts collided. I learned how to support individuals with disabilities, but also gained mentorship in business, leadership, and life — often while mucking stalls or walking a horse. The gift of giving back supports Ainsley's mission and the clients who thrive there.
Where my journey into service began.
In my late 20s living in Saratoga Springs, NY, I adopted the sweetest rescue dog named Winnie — and we became a certified therapy team through TDI. Our first visit was to a memory care facility, and for eight years we brought joy, comfort, and presence to seniors who needed it in our surrounding community. That experience didn’t just impact others — it changed me. It deepened my empathy and shaped how I lead today.
Honoring service, sacrifice, and resilience.
This giving option is personal. I come from a family that includes law enforcement officers and first responders — including an uncle who responded to and survived 9/11. Throughout my career, I’ve also had the privilege of working alongside many talented veterans. Tunnel to Towers honors fallen and wounded heroes and gives back to their families and communities. It’s a small way for me to give back to those who’ve given so much.
