Why I Built Elevate
After 20 years leading HR and people strategy at organizations like GE, Target, Danaher, Fortive, and IDEX — and growing up inside a family-owned business — I came to understand that the real work of leadership doesn’t happen in dashboards or strategy decks.
It happens in the human moments: when someone chooses clarity over control, or trust over fear.
Too many leaders are still burned out, guessing, or holding too much alone. I started Elevate People Partners to change that — to be a thought partner, a coach, and a catalyst for better leadership, healthier cultures, and stronger organizations.
It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being real — and building something that lasts.
What We Do Today
We’re starting with what we know makes a difference — tailored offerings that support leaders, develop people managers, and help teams build healthier cultures.
It’s practical, grounded work that delivers clarity, confidence, and momentum for leaders at every level. It’s built on real-world experience — not theory — and designed to meet people where they are, then help them rise. Because better leadership isn’t a luxury. It’s a business imperative.
Where We're Headed
We’re building toward something deeply personal — a future Elevate retreat space tucked into 40 acres of pasture, pine, and possibility in upstate New York. There, leadership development will meet nature, quiet, and the wisdom of rescue horses.
It will be a place where founders and leaders reconnect with their vision, teams grow in trust, and whole-person leadership takes root in meaningful, lasting ways.
Every Elevate engagement helps bring this closer to reality. Because big dreams matter. They pull us forward. They give our work meaning. They remind us that business isn’t just about what we do — it’s about who we become in the process.

At Elevate People Partners, our work is rooted in people — and that extends far beyond the workshop or the boardroom. For every engagement, a portion of our revenue is donated to one of four nonprofit organizations that represent communities who shaped, supported, and inspired our founder’s personal and professional journey. We invite each client to select the organization that resonates most. Together, we’ll contribute to causes that lift others up.
Giving back isn’t an afterthought—it’s built into our business model as a reflection of our values and our belief that impact doesn’t end at the office door.
