Welcome to our launch! We're excited to partner with you!
The world is loud right now. Chaotic. Divided.
But volunteering — real, local, human-centered giving — is something we can all do right now to make a difference.
After five years of hands-on work with an adaptive equine therapy riding program — and eight years of therapy dog visits in hospitals, schools, and community spaces — I’ve seen firsthand: when leaders step outside their titles and into service, everything shifts. Perspective expands. Humility deepens. Connection gets real.
It’s time we bring that energy back into our companies.
Corporate life has become all-consuming. Leaders are overwhelmed. Teams are burned out. And somewhere along the way, the connection between work and meaning has frayed.
Meanwhile, communities are struggling. Nonprofits are stretched thin. Local organizations are doing life-changing work — often without enough hands to help.
Everyone says they want to give back. But companies aren’t making it easy to actually do it.
Corporate giving is important. But what most communities and nonprofits really need is people who show up — with their time, their skills, their energy, and their presence.
Writing a check helps.
But mentoring a teen, mucking a stall, delivering meals to a senior, reading to a child — that changes lives on both sides.
Human connection is what’s missing everywhere — and it’s what volunteering restores.
It’s in those shared moments of service where real leadership is born.
Let’s build a working world where giving back is built in — not bolted on. We believe:
Volunteer time should be paid, protected, and prioritized.
Servant leadership should be practiced in the wild, not just discussed in training rooms.
Real-world service should be part of how we grow leaders — not just something we do “when we have time.”
Community connection is a leadership competency.
This isn’t just a culture perk. It’s a leadership strategy. A human one. A smart one.
Employees deeply involved in volunteer and giving programs experience significantly reduced turnover—up to 57% lower than their less-involved peers
Purpose‑driven employees stay 3× longer. Workers who connect strongly with company purpose—often through community service—are three times more likely to remain with their organization
Volunteering builds empathy, agility & perspective. Research shows volunteering-friendly workplaces foster essential leadership traits: empathy, resilience, and broad perspective
Purpose-driven, engaged employees are more productive, loyal, and healthy. These cultures outperform others—with 21% higher profitability and up to 87% lower resignation risk
CHROs and People Leaders ready to evolve workplace culture
Founders and CEOs who believe business should be a force for good
Everyday leaders who want to step into something more meaningful
This isn’t performative. It’s personal. It's about getting real, showing up, and bringing our best leadership to the places that need it most.
Out of Office, Into Community™ is a call to return to what matters. To reconnect with people. To serve, grow, and lead — together.
Want in? Let’s talk.
